May 19, 2023, at 7:40 AM, the Lord spoke a single word that ultimately became seven pages: “Democracy.” The word was spoken strongly, with the understanding that we must fight for America’s democracy.
The Warning
He continued to speak, saying: “Fascism is a real threat to democracy. Alternatives are looming. Tell your people so.”
He also instructed: “Understand the alternative, and act deliberately, My child.”
A Parallel: Democracy and American Indians
Then He spoke of “American Indians,” and I asked for understanding. He responded that, just as the American Indian population has, in many ways, become a relic in reality with names remaining on streets and doorposts while the lifestyle and visible presence have largely vanished so too can democracy vanish before our eyes.
He instructed me to look and see the parallels between these two concepts: democracy and American Indians. As surely as this nation’s treatment of American Indians affected their lives and way of life, democracy faces a similar fate if left unattended now.
Understanding Fascism
The instruction was clear: “Take a look at fascism.” Fascism is a mass political movement that emphasizes extreme nationalism, militarism, and the supremacy of the nation and a powerful leader over individual citizens. It is harsh and oppressive, often associated with racism and dictatorship. Examples include Hitler and Mussolini.
Its goals include creating a dictatorship, regulating economic and social structures, reshaping culture, and expanding the nation into an empire.
What Must Be Done
When I asked what we must do and how we must function now, He responded: “Awareness is key. Tell them the inconvenient truths.” Awareness may be dormant sleeping or inactive but it can still be awakened.
Divine instruction: Awaken them with the truths known. Resistance is commanded for the sake of your nation. Stay watchful intently watchful, like a hawk watches its prey: relentlessly, tenaciously, and dependably.
Final Appeal
Lastly, He spoke again: “Fascism is a real threat to democracy, and resistance is needed. The threats are real and present danger.”
In obedience, I offer you these truths. Although they are inconvenient, demanding, and divinely commanding, let us hear what the Spirit says to the churches: “He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches.” (Revelation 3:22)
Let us be forewarned—and respond with resistant action.
